Eden Vale Inn has everything you’re looking for in a California destination wedding. Our Placerville wedding venue accommodates up to 70 people and provides an intimate setting for your big day. Wedding planning with Eden Vale Inn is stress-free and hassle-free so that you can relax as an engaged couple all the way up to the big wedding day.

We offer a variety of wedding packages to help you plan your dream day. Whether you want to rent the entire inn and celebrate all weekend long or are just wanting a small wedding venue for an afternoon ceremony, we have packages to suit your needs. For couples interested in an intimate ceremony of 20 or less with no reception, please view our Elopement Packages to plan your special day.

The outdoor wedding pavilion site offers you a unique rustic wedding venue, overlooks the pond, and provides a beautiful setting for the ceremony and reception. Rustic handmade cedar benches provide seating for up to 70. After the ceremony, the site can be transformed into a magical reception setting within 30 minutes. Another available reception site is on the expansive front cobblestone patio. A nearby covered outdoor kitchen area provides a staging location for the caterer. Our grape arbor, overlooking the pond, provides the perfect backdrop for your bar.

Our experienced innkeepers are happy to provide vendor recommendations and assist in coordination to ensure you have the wedding you’ve been dreaming of. We have many different packages and options to fit your interests and budget. Packages are often customized to suit specific needs

Our Destination Wedding Packages typically require that you rent out the entire inn for a minimum of two nights. Guest rooms are available for lodging for you and your guests, up to 23 people. By renting out all the rooms, and the wedding site, you have much more freedom to perfectly choreograph your event when and where you want it. In addition, you’ll have more time to get ready, and for you and your guests to relax and enjoy each other’s company.

We offer two variations of the Destination Wedding for your consideration. Each can be customized to fit your needs. Our Destination Wedding Packages are the only ones that allow for an evening reception.

Destination Wedding Packages

The Garden Wedding – Booking the whole inn (all rooms) for your fabulous garden wedding will give you the greatest flexibility with more time for your event (up to six hours) and a later ending time (as late as 9 p.m.). Typically, booking the whole Inn for a two-night stay on the weekend will run around $7,000 inclusive of tax. Prices are lower mid-week. The six-hour event fee for up to 70 participants is $3,000. Additional discounts apply with midweek stays (Sunday through Thursday) and lower guest counts.

The Grand Estate Wedding –  All the benefits of our Garden Wedding plus more. Book the whole inn (all rooms) for at least three nights for your event and host your rehearsal dinner for no additional charge plus receive 10% off your lodging. The event fee is an additional $3,000.
