Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM or prefer a limited-contact self-check-in, please let us know in advance. Self-check-in requires connecting with our text-based guest communication system via a smartphone. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
As a small, independent business, cancellations significantly impact us. Reservations can be canceled up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival (more than 120 hours prior to 3:00 PM PST) with a $30 processing fee per room. Within 5 days of arrival, reservations become non-refundable. California law allows refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking unless made within 72 hours of arrival. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your plans. Please note that group rentals, extended stays, and wedding packages have separate terms. We are dog-friendly in two specific rooms, The Cottonwood and The Stone Pine, but prior approval is required. There is a fee for dogs, and we allow up to two dogs per room with a combined weight limit of 140 pounds. Dogs must be fully housebroken (no pee pads) and at least one year old. Any damage caused by pets will be documented and charged to the credit card on file. Please call us to discuss the best room for you and your canine companion. Note: Wedding guests are not permitted to bring pets to the property.

Yes, we are delighted to offer complimentary bubble bath for all our guests to enjoy a relaxing soak. To help us maintain our pristine tubs, we kindly ask you to avoid using synthetic chemical bath products, glitter bombs, or any items that may cause staining. For your convenience, we also provide a selection of fizzy bath bombs and other luxurious bath products available for purchase, as well as a rubber duck next to the tub.
Yes, breakfast is included and delivered to a designated location for each guest room. Guests can enjoy it in their room, on their private patio or deck, or by the pond. Delivery is scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:15 AM daily. For more details, please visit our breakfast page.

The property is a no-smoking campus, except for two designated smoking areas. Smoking, vaping, or burning substances is prohibited in guest rooms, on decks, porches, at the fire pit, and in outdoor tubs. Violations in guest rooms will result in a $500 damage fee and charges for any lost revenue. This policy applies to all smoking and vaping products.
